Island Park Estates is a unique beachfront community located on Mustang Island, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Our beachfront is adjacent to Mustang Island State Park, a beautiful, natural habitat which will always stay an undisturbed natural State Park. Fishing jetties are accessible by golf cart just over our private boardwalk.

In the “Middle of it All”

Our beachfront island community is “livable” for Corpus Christi residents, centrally located on Mustang Island, we are the only beachfront community within “20 minutes to everything”, including the Corpus Christi mainland, North Padre Island (now called Upper Padre) and Port Aransas.
